Paddling is all about having fun! At the David and Debbie Power Olympic Outdoor Center, or POC, we are all about having fun on the river! We love paddling, and it shows. This enthusiasm is contagious, and we want you to catch it! You will be taught by national athletes and olympians. Our headquarters is located on the San Marcos River. Being spring fed, the San Marcos River remains a perfect 72 degrees all year long!
